Where is my order
shipped from?
All shipments originate from West Sussex,
UK.
When will I get my
clubs?
We aim to ship
your order within 2 days of payment being received. In rare cases there may a
short delay in delivery if your order is of an uncommon nature. Delivery times
vary depending on the destination. Your order goes through two stages, as each
club is hand built for your specific order.
Time to Ship: Normally
3-5 days, if there is any delay we will endeavour to inform
you.
Do you tell me when my
order has shipped?
You will receive a
confirmation e-mail from ORKA Golf when your order leaves our warehouse. The
e-mail contains a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery
via our order tracking page.
Can I pick up from
your warehouse?

What are the shipping
charges?
ORKA Golf tries to
reduce the shipping charges as much as possible. The shipping chart below is a
guide so you can gauge what you should expect to pay for shipping. You can get
an exact quote through the shopping cart before you checkout and pay. Simply add
all the items you'd like to your cart, select your country and enter your
postcode in to the freight calculator and click "calculate".

Tax
All our products shipped with the United Kingdom are subject to
current VAT rates. All products shipped to other EU countries will be subject to
current UK rate of VAT unless we are provided with your home country VAT
registration number. All products shipped to non EU countries are VAT exempt in
the UK.

All shipments
within the UK are delivered on a next working day courier service with the
exceptions below.
All orders up to 30GBP
excl of VAT will incur a 6.95GBP post and packaging charge.
All orders between
30GBP and 249GBP excl of VAT will incur a 3.50GBP post and packaging
charge.
Orders over
250GBP will be shipped for FREE.
1. Customers
requesting 1st class post do so at their own risk
2. Northern Ireland
will incur a 15GBP P&P charge for orders up to 250GBP excl of VAT. Orders
over 250GBP will be shipped FREE.

to keep it down to as few boxes as possible.

Some can see buying your clubs on line as a risk, and we recognise the difficulties involved, so we have set up a 14 day money back guarantee system to make shopping easier.
ORKA Golf is confident that you will love your new clubs. But because we recognise that not everyone can make it to one of our Custom Fit Centres to touch, swing and test the clubs we have set up a safety net for you. We offer a one year warranty on all product as standard, but also a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee so you can return your order for a refund or for store credit.
Please be aware of the following conditions that apply should you choose to return a club within the 14 day window:
• Returns in accordance to our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee policy will only be processed if the club face and sole is in new, resalable condition, void of any marks, scratches or scuffs. Club heads can be protected by generously covering the face and sole with electrical tape.
• The 14-day money back guarantee applies to all clubs and sets of clubs of standard length, grip and shaft and excludes the freight amount. Shafts covered are outlined below.
• For all customised clubs or sets, a store credit will be given to the value of the item excluding freight. A customised golf club is any club, or set of clubs with a shaft or grip that is not a ORKA standard shaft or grip, as well as any club or set of clubs that are not of the standard length.
